Oluchi Onweagba is a true super model having worked with the prestigious Elite and Storm Modelling Agencies and rubs shoulders with the likes of Naomi Campbell, Alex Wek, Iman, Gisele and Tyra Banks. Born in 1982 she was discovered as a teenager while hawking bread on the streets of Lagos, she went on to become M-Net's “Face of Africa” in 1998. Since then she has come a long way in leaps and bounds having walked the runway for some of the greatest names in the international world of fashion including Dior, Galliano, Chanel and Armani to name a few. She is currently modelling swimwear for Sports Illustrated for the second year in a row and has graced the covers of several household magazines including; Vogue, Marie Claire, Allure and Elle. Oluchi, is not just a pretty face, she is a NGO with LEAP Africa a non profit organization, which is committed to inspiring, empowering and equipping a new cadre of African leaders and recently obtained an associate degree in Business studies too. She is a high profile model that we can all be proud of, an inspiration and really just like her name says a “Work of God!”
