THE GUIDE TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

F - FLEXIBILITY is an important part of Fitness often neglected. This helps prevent and reduce the risk of injuries, improve mobility and blood circulation.

I - INCREASE vitamins as part of a balanced diet- We never get enough from the food we eat.

T - TRAIN-Workout at least three times a week. 

K - KEEP yourself fit- you'll feel better about yourself due to the release of endorphins.

I - INJURIES- train with care and always train and play within the rules.

D - DRINK water- two or three litres per day.

S - SET yourself goals- this will keep you motivated,

R - REMEMBER- always start the day with a healthy breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.

U - UV RAYS - sun is good for you, but too much can lead to harmful consequences.

L - LAUGH- a healthy person is a HAPPY person.

E - ENERGY- by being fit you'll have more energy to live life to the full.
